Now that 2024 is behind us, and we are one month into 2025, the numbers have proven WA has been popular amongst buyers from the eastern seaboard, overseas and of course local "up-sizers" and "down-sizers"!! Nedlands and Dalkeith had a late rush of sales just before Christmas however due to a lack of stock January was a little subdued albeit anything new was snapped up!
2025 looking like more of the same however subject to the first RBA meeting on the 18th February, the State Election next month and Federal election predicted to be in the middle of the year anything could change.
