Strategic campaign generates strong buyer interest and secures sale within first week



I was recently featured in Elite Agent, following the successful sale campaign of 21B Bay Road, Claremont.


The campaign generated 77 enquiries, more than 40 groups through the first home open, and multiple offers within just 8 days on market.
